        Staff are rude and lack empathy. I unfortunately had to have my 10yr old Chihauhau put to sleep, which broke our families hearts. We arranged to have him cremated and to have his fur put in a locket 4weeks later no sign of his ashes, it then took over a week for the practice manager to take on, who couldnt find them either, yet another week went by and his ashes suddenly turned up. How do we know that they are even his ashes?? All about money Im afraid and NOT animal welfare.

        Everyone is so friendly at AAS. Makes you feel very welcome and we feel very special when we walk in, greeted with lots of smiles and fuss for my WCS puppy! Brilliant advice and amazing care for my boy
