Absolutely amazing vets and very compassionate.. never easy losing a pet and twice in 3 months for elderly cats.. paid for a cremation and the sentiment that went along with it was beautiful so thank you so much

Had to sadly have our Jack Rusell put to sleep, while it was such a devistating experience, the staff and vet made it so much easier they didn't rush us allowed us time to say goodbye to her, and were so comforting you could tell how much the vet cared because she was upset as well, didn't rush us for payments explained everything honestly can't thank them enough made the process easier to deal with.

From cleanliness to staff friendliness, compassion and knowledge is unbeatable. Took my highly anxious large street dog to get checked and he had the most positive experience. Cannot thank the team enough

We have been with Brambles throughout our dogs life. Today his life ended with dignity and patience allowing us to say goodbye to Alices member of our family. The staff have all been great throughout our association. Cannot recommend them enough

When my sons dog was put to sleep by Brambles, it was a very distressing time for all the family. As the dog was a beloved pet we decided to have him cremated at Marley Hall, a wonderful place. A few days later we received a bill for the euthanasia and cremation from Brambles. After a few days I then visited the vets and paid for the euthanasia and explained about the cremation being done elsewhere. Now a month later I get another bill asking to pay for a cremation that was not done by Brambles. After a very traumatic an distressing time for all of the family we are now being harassed by a vet which should be caring and not money grabbing. When I first visited the vets to pay the first bill I jokingly asked for the dogs ashes, which were obviously not there. You would have thought that this would ring bells at Brambles. Not impressed, not happy, would not reccommend
