Laura was amazingly helpful and responded so quickly. I requested a reproduction of a trophy my daughter jointly won at a tournament and was sharing. Laura organised this had it engraved and to my door within days. Thank you for a fantastic service

I cannot put into words how much I recommend Chrome Awards. Laura is a superhero. Organising over 200 trophies as well as engraving of perpetual trophies over multiple years, she could not have been more accommodating. Her customer service skills are exemplary and this is matched by the quality of her work at fantastic value for money. As an organisation we have used Chrome Awards for a few years but this is personally my first year dealing with her directly and it truly was a pleasure. She turned what was potentially a very stressful experience into one that was pain free and easy. The biggest compliment I can pay is that it was more like dealing with an old friend than simply someone who was providing a service. Thank you so much and we will of course be back next year:)
