        Very odd experience, man was clearly angry on my arrival and aggressively sorted through my bag before offering 2.50 as he only accepts A Grade clothing. That is fair enough but I would rather give it to charity for free so I took everything back with me! Not worth the petrol and time. Such a shame

        The man that works here was so rude and put out by me just turning up that I actually felt unsafe & I left feeling very uncomfortable. He took one look at the bag containing towels and bedding & barked, "we don't take that" despite the website stating otherwise. I'd sooner throw my items in landfill than visit here again.
