Used these guys for a wedding last week and they were late showing up for a midnight booking and when called they said that I had booked the cab for the following day at 2pm which is clearly not the time I booked it for, in the end they were 30 minutes late. When the cab did show I asked if he took card or cash and he said only cash even though when I booked it the receptionist said that card would be ok. He then sent a text for a sum up payment which was fine for me to pay on but was more than I was quoted on the phone when I booked the cab and was extortionate for a 5 minute journey. When I queried this with the driver he decided that the best course of action was to pull over in the middle of a country lane in the early hours and lock the doors demanding I paid it. This scared my partner as its clearly not acceptable or normal behaviour and without choice I paid it. He dropped us off at our accommodation and at that point I called the office again to explain what happened and they said that a manager would call me back the day after, but this didnt not happen. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour from the driver and unacceptable customer service.
