Waste of time. Came to collect online order. "Oh, it should have been cancelled, we haven't got any stock". Checked the shelves - plenty of stock for everything except one element of the deal. I don't appreciate being lied to. "But we can't give you that, so we have to cancel the order. You'll get an email" "Then why charge me extra in case of substitutions if you're not going to substitute? And an email to cancel needs to come BEFORE the collection time, so I don't have a wasted trip?!" Didn't offer any solution, just shrugged shoulders. I had to ask for a customer service number, which goes through to nothing but a machine that sends you a text message to an online complaint form.
