I don't usually do shopping in Morissons, however yesterday I stopped for a breakfast and decided to do some shopping whilst I was there! Browsing through the isles I have seen an unbeatable advertised offer on drinks! Buy 6 bottles and get 25% off. As in the near future I will be holding a party I decided to buy 7 bottles of whisky, even though they were a bit pricer than other supermarket with the 25% off on multi buy offer I would have been 2 better off / unit than other store! It turned out not to be true! I didn't get the 25% multi buy offer! When I have asked a member of staff they were trying to convince me that I cannot get 25% off because I have bought expensive drinks! I've also tried to get in contact with the service desk but no one was there for more than 5 minutes and when someone decided to come was exactly the same member of staff that was trying to explain me that I have bought expensive drinks! What a joke!

Wish i could give it 0 stars Delivery driver arrived early and because no one answered the door (no one was home) given reason for the time I picked!! Paid for my grocery shop, to then found out he had given it to a someone else! Of course the shop is shut now I called the number from the website for this issue and guy on the phone was really nice but the delivery driver had turned his phone off so he can't make contact with him or the store. I now have to wait till tomorrow to see what's said about this issue! I'm honestly so p****d off! I'm now left without anything! Well someone else's enjoys my food! Found out the driver had been delivering orders early! I dont know who else is having the same issue this evening. I want my money back!!
