        I wish i could give one star, this place is absolutely shocking, the customer service is literally 0 been several times while staying at the premier inn for work, on every occasion i have had to wait atleast half an hour for someone to even take my drinks order, and once even waited an hour before being served, had meal arrive 20 minutes before the drink also, staff stood around on there phones talking while customers just sit and wait to be served, customers sat opposite complained that they had been waiting an hour an a half for food for then the food to miraculously turn up 5 minutes later, horrendous establishment wish premier inn didnt have to use them!
