Exceptionally professional in his approach. I came in with extreme pain in my knee. Adam assessed it and guided me through the rehab, whilst detailing out the 'next steps' and 'future steps'. Everything was explained really well and Adam made great use of the time in each session. Definitely value for money. Would recommend to anyone carrying an injury

Adam listened, watched and gave me a solution to my knee and shoulder/bicep problems. His drawings make things easy to understand. Im back to bench pressing without pain after the rehab. The knees, Im working hard at the rehab exercises but not there yet.

Adam provided me with excellent support throughout knowing exactly how to target different areas when receiving pain. When there was exercises I couldnt do, he always knew a plan b to overcome it. Very knowledgeable on all aspects of my acl injury and knee injuries in general. 100% would recommend!!!

Adam was really professional, thorough and helped me massively in such a short space of time. Would highly recommend. I went to Adam mid training for the London Marathon with a foot injury and within just 1 session he allocated the pain, identified the problem and provided exercises to strengthen the foot. Thanks again!

Adam is really thorough and really committed to getting you up to speed performance-wise. Saw him about an injury and he had me race-ready in a couple of sessions. Definite recommendation!
