The gym is small but has majority of the equipment you would need spread across two rooms. One room has various machines including treadmills, bikes, rowing machine and various upper and lower body weighted machines. The second room is focused on weights with benches, squat racks, smith machine and cable machines.
Opening times for the gym are 6:30am - 9pm. The major plus of this gym is it's never to busy to workout, especially at peak times.
The spa also includes access to the pool, juccuzi, steam room and sauna.
