Unfortunately I faced a very unprofessional experience, and upsetting ordeal with this charity, very disappointed in their conduct and left questioning their morals, values and protocol as a charity. I was left shaken up and let down.

To start with I'd like to say the location of this place is quite nice coz there is park and its only ten minutes on foot from center. When I came in I was a bit scared there and it felt smelly. The place is big with 3 floors its clean but stuffy and I recommend to air it twice a day. After that i had a chance to visit a kitchen. They have 2 more kitchens on the floors but that one was main and I was impressed its spacious and clean with 2 areas in it,also I noticed the hygiene certificates, the menu for residents. I liked that they included residents' dish what the want to eat. Menu is various but unfortunately I didn't have a chance to taste it but I hope they cook yummy food for residents. Well, what i didn't like at all that they keep some stuff in the fridge together either vegetables, fruits, where there is also bread snd so on. That's good they don't keep meat and fish there but seperate from it. I recommend to think thoroughly about where bread and dessert must be kept but definitely not with vegetables and cans! I felt sad when I met residents I didn't see the smiles on the face, I felt sad atmosphere there. I hope they're happy there but I'm doubtful about it. What I think you should create some more activities for them, spend more time talking to them, having some games which raised their mood. To spend time outdoor too with them. To make conclusion I'd like to say that the building seems to be dull abd needs renovation in and out. The furniture is old and must be renew to residents tastes. Concerning the rest name of the company is Charities trust but unfortunately I can't express my trust to it,so that's why it's my estimation. I hope in the future it will be renovated with all furniture and residents will have nice and merrily time living there. Be health, dear residents and all the best to you! Kind regards
