I had an installation completed by these guys a couple of years ago, when they were still AllCooper. Things didn't go to plan and smart alarm they installed has struggled a bit with the walls in my property (it's Victorian and solid brick). I'm giving them four stars because even though they have recently had to come back, the service and technical team have been absolutely committed to getting it right (they have literally been out 10 plus times) and not charged me anything additionally for the work they have carried out even though I'm outside the 1 year warranty period. Some of the comments here are fair, depending on who picks up the call you don't always get callbacks without prompting (although much of this has happened during Covid, which may explain why). Others have been great (Emma T and Sally - thank you for your help, you've been great. As have Lucan, Chris and Paul in the engineering team, plus other who I can't remember the name of) So while my installation hasn't gone to plan, I really find it hard to fault the team or the efforts that they have made to get it right. Keeping my fingers crossed that we're there now (I'll update if I need to!)

Time wasting. Did not deliver the security installation on time as promised. Delayed the installation by requesting documents to be resent as they had been lost by their staff. Then they said they had sent the wrong documents so we had to go through the process again. This has taken over a month just to get the work scheduled. Not recommended if you are in a rush.

Not a company I would ever use again. Not that I ever got much of a chance. They just simply never respond, despite repeated phone calls and emails. Guess they just weren't interested.

Difficult to describe fully the incompetence of this company (previously AllCooper). System hasn't worked correctly since installation. Three call outs for sensor failures, wrong set up an alarm free zone for the dog whilst we're out (siren kept going off), wrong instructions given to set the alarm, main siren failed due to poor initial fitting, system needed resetting once for reasons not fully explained. Call out charges are very expensive even on the monthly service contract (180.26 for a half hour onsite visit to change sort front door sensor that's not been right since installation). Despite repeated requests, two years after installation we're still awaiting a copy of the service contract T&C's and the promised NSI certificate. Switched to a local contractor who sorted everything in 45 minutes then told us that the system AllCooper / Securitas fitted was intended for commercial premises, not domestic housing. To add insult to injury, Securitas are still trying to invoice us for odd amounts for a contract we cancelled two months ago.
