I worked at Advantage1 for a year and I have to say in all my years of working they are one of the best companies I worked for. Always there to advise and if I had a problem they were always on the end of the phone. James, Tyson and Anna it was a privilege to work with you!

To say they are supposed to be a big security company I wouldn't waste your time, over nearly 4/5 weeks for them to get my induction sorted only to attend the induction to be told I have passed and got the job and I will also be paid for the induction to then be told they can't give me the job because they wouldn't accept that the truth about my circumstances last year which was living wise I had cleary told the company that me and my x-partner had broken up and I no longer have contact with her, they couldn't then give me the job which sounds very Petty because of that I was then also told I will not now be paid for my induction because they have not hired me. I understand the company have vetting and it has to pass which all my paper work did but because I have no contact with my x-partner

Get a call from someone in the office and we talk for 10 minutes and arrange an interview, the guy asks me to send him my email over so he can schedule everything, and didnt hear a word off him again, served my phone calls, texts, and didnt have the decency to own up to it like a man and tell me the position had gone or he no longer wanted me to have an interview. Complete waste of time.

They hired me. I did all the test and past. They told me they would contect me with a start date 2 months i waited. I called them they hired somone else. Still got uniform they not paying me for the 10 hrs i did the test.
