Took ages to respond to initial interest. Zero follow up. Very poor communication Edit: They approached me FYI. Should learn to obtain some people skills and I love the attempt to challenge every negative review. Learn to take on feedback. The 1 start is sadly deserved.

They initially contacted me but Kieran failed to call me twice at the arranged time. Absolute waste of my very limited time that has cost me other opportunities. Edit: I have used a pseudonym to protect my job search but Im amazed youve found the time to respond to my review but not keep your telephone appointment.

I have worked with Kieran once, for one job position. But that in many ways sums up the success of what he does. Kieran is polite and professional but at the same time straight to the point so there's no messing around or being mislead. Kieran was prompt in getting in contact with me and took me through the roll and also took the time to understand me and what I was looking for so I had no doubt that this was the position suitable for me. Throughout the process Kieran kept me regularly updated and during working hours (and even outside of working hours!) was always available to speak on the phone. When it came to interview stages Kieran gave me guidance beforehand and was supportive both before and after wishing me well and giving me a debrief afterwards. This in particular is what shone through. Even when I got towards the final stages where the company was in direct contact with me for the interviews Kieran was there preparing me for my interview and giving me the tips I needed to stand out. Ultimately much of getting a job is about who you are and the experience you have but I was put forward for a role that was very much matched/ suitable for me and without Kieran it certainly wouldn't have been as smooth a process. Although I very much believe that the job I have and the company I now work for is very much a long term position, if I ever had to seek a new opportunity Kieran is the only person I would be speaking to. You can certainly go for jobs direct with a company or through a recruiter that promises you the world but when it comes to getting the support, guidance and honest advise there are very few recruiters that will match the service that Kieran gives so I have no hesitation in recommending him.
