It has been an incredible experience working with Victoria and the team at Taylor made with a very happy ending at the end. I haven't worked with many recruiters in my career and the ones i have worked with were full of s*^t and put me through incredibly embarrassing situations where i was clearly not suitable for the job. Completely the opposite with Taylor made. For one they called me. I was about to put the phone down on Alex but he charmed me and we ended up having an hours long conversation which i felt very refreshing, after that he organised a teams meeting with Victoria which was amazing. She instilled confidence and explained a lot more about the role and convinced me i would be perfect.She then helped me with the interview and guided me through the process and I eventually got the job. The best experience i have ever had and the best job. Thank you Taylor Made. You are amazing.

Thank you, Victoria and Team I cannot fault Taylor Made recruitment in the slightest. From the very first phone call with Alex who introduced me to Victoria. Victoria had teams meetings and lengthy telephone calls with me to understand what it was I was looking for, to being offered the role I am currently in. Excellent service, very efficient and all-round brilliant people who take the time to ensure that you are happy with their process. Would recommend Taylor Made to anyone. Unfortunately received a call from Alex today. Clearly demonstrated how 20 years of experience in recruitment doesnt mean youll be good at your job. I understand questions are part of recruitment however I did not expect an interrogation and felt personally attacked. I get that I am job searching, however Im not desperate and that doesnt mean I should be treated like I am less than Alex. Ive spoken to some amazing recruiters and I would choose any one of them over Alex. If you get a call from Alex, please do ask for someone else unless you want your day affected. As for TaylorMade recruitment I cant say anything negative, this is just about Alexs customer service.

What can I say. Victoria and the team have been absolutely fantastic. In 3 weeks time I will be starting my dream job and its thanks to taylor made recruitment. Victoria supported me every step of the way through a tough interview process and offered me the advice I needed. During the initial stages, Alex and Victoria took time to fully understand me, what Im looking for, and if the role was suitable for me. They were understanding of my situation and a relationship was built before presenting me to the employer. The company I will be going to work for ticks all the boxes I was looking for and I am forever grateful to these for putting me forward and giving me this opportunity!!!!
