        Last year customer service here was fine. Not sure what has changed but its now appalling. I ordered windows with clear class, the Gloucester branch decided to change it to obscured, without checking. I have been promised for 6 weeks that it will be changed and every time my window fitter goes into collect them were told the new glass hasnt come in and the manager blames head office. I'm now having to get blinds fitted because I cant put that guy off any longer. No apology and a complete lack of regard.
