Nice setting, reasonable choice of menu for price however what is served doesn't resemble the menu description either quantity or quality-wise!! No point in complaining as staff attitude rude and surly. Plenty nice WELCOMING places to go in Gloucester Quays this is not one of them.

Everytime I go into the lord high, drinks are always served at a reasonable time, the same as a the food, Food is always up to standard. The staff are always friendly and a shout out to a guy named Jordan who works there, he is always on the move making sure everything is up to standard and he is very polite to me and sometimes helps me by recommending new drinks

Great location, staff are friendly. I was disappointed in that I was unable to order breakfast, it was 1130 am and their menu states you can order breakfast until 12 noon. I was told I am simply not allowed to order, and the bar staff seemed to have no idea either as to why I couldnt order it. Instruction from the kitchen. I may have been more accepting if I had been given an honest reason.

Poorly managed. Swapped out 3 hash browns for a slice of toast and gave butter for 2 slices of toast only. Is it me or is there something wrong with that when I paid for a large breakfast?. Oh and ordered extra 2 mushrooms that never came out until we asked for them after ppaying 86 pence extra. Get your act together.
