I would not even give them a one star but had to choose one. I placed an order on 25th May 2018 and i'm still waiting for it to be delivered, countless emails sent, only reply i get is 'thank you for your email someone will be in touch shortly', no joy with ringing them either. Appalling company. Would not recommend anyone ordering from this company. Customer service is non existent.

This company has terrible communications. I sent multiple emails and voicemails to them about my order. It has been 4 weeks now and I have had to put in a MasterCard claim as it is impossible to get in touch. Do not buy from these guys unless you are comfortable with money being taken and spending your weeks of receiving nothing.

I ordered online 700 worth of Nuance shower wall panels and fixing adhesive. My money was taken straight away and I became a little suspicious, I then read the bad reviews on line and I thought I had been scammed. But a reply came back several days later:-Processing the order and to wait up to 14 days for delivery. Each day I grew more suspicious, my calls and emails were never answered, but I waited 14 WORKING DAYS and then out of the blue I was texted saying my order would be delivered in 2 days, next day I had a phone call confirming delivery time, then my order arrived as promised. I am very pleased and happy that I waited. Thank you Homebase Maintenance, I will order from you again, thanks.

Very poor at communication but the goods ordered arrived safely and were of quality expected. It would have been useful to have additional information about delivery date. In the event these goods needed to be returned. Again communication was difficult but a full refund was made and all terms and conditions honoured.
