Hello, I live at 1 cardigan house Rm3 7td Mears some 8 months ago come to fit a new bath and sink. Waterproof the walls, tile the splash back. And fit a new shower. However no Waterproofing was done the new bath was to small, another bath was fitted the wrong way, a brand new shower was fitted but as never work just cold water, after several complaints emails to my council and one to my MP my bathroom is still not finished some 8 months on. You couldn't make it up how useless mears are. The management in particular are so bad. The stress and time I've lost with missed appointments I can't tell you how bad this makes me feel. Can someone please please finish the job And one more this your contact service is usless too. Regards t briden

Disgusting company phoning me in the middle of the night about a repair job and waking up me and my disabled husband from his sleep the staff are very rude and unhelpful they dont deceive to be given i star

Continued failure to accommodate people - poor communication and no timelines given to rectify

Awful company to liaise with and never fixed or repaired any work services. Shower leaked into the kitchen and they left this for 7 months. Staff in the call centre are rude unhelpful and dont care in general. Avoid dealing with Mears if possible !
