Longlevens Post Office

Worst post office on the planet. The Asian lads who work there seem nice but I have never had a positive experience with the fat white woman behind the post office counter. Shes rude and condescending and has been very patronising to me in the past. She gets in a huff if she has to do anything that isnt scanning a prepaid parcel for a return. Never explains why she cant do something its just Im not doing that I cant do that. Your a bloody post office your job is to send post! This time I even confirmed with the post office before I visited the branch that Id be able to send my parcel and she still wouldnt do it Ive made a formal complaint to the post office about her and Id encourage everyone else who has horrible run ins with this woman to do the same. Reading other peoples experiences I can only assume were all having issues with the same woman and she has no buisness being in a customer facing role if shes going to be that vile. Everytime Ive spoken to anyone locally whos used that post office and mentioned Ive had an issue they all say oh the white lady who works there? Yeah shes been vile to me too. Ill never bother with the store or the post office there again.

I can not begin to explain how rude the woman on the phone was. My special delivery parcel has been lost and head office advised it has not moved from this post office and i should give them a call to see if it may have got lost there. The woman was super rude and very defensive. Was not willing to look for my parcel. Kept insisting its not there. She hasnt even looked or bothered to take my tracking number. Scandalous attitude and unwilling to help

So nice having a post office locally and also the staff are friendly and very quick. Don't ever think the line is too long. Great service. Keep it up guys!

Absolutely useless. Drove 15 minutes out of my way after work to post one letter. Was told Id have to wait 15 minutes as dealing with another customers multiple parcels! Clearly unable to multi-task! Left and wont be going back again!
