Royal Mail Gloucester South Delivery Office

Using the Royal Mail click and collect service, 3 attempts were apparently made (or not!?) to pick up my parcel, unsuccessfully. When I physically took it here myself to get it processed and sent, they said I had to go back through the system (that had already failed 3 times) again; or buy stamps at the Post Office to send it myself and then claim a refund. They have no understanding of the frustrations caused by their daft systems, no concept of how these systems are supposed to work and don't care either. Time to find an alternative courier :-(

Expected a redelivery of a package today, 25th Feb 2023, so I actually waited outside. The delivery van came up my street, drove past, turned around at the end and drove off. Didn't stop at all! These postal workers have the audacity to go on strike demanding a pay rise when they don't even do their job in the first place!!

The guy who works in the front reception went above and beyond to help me confirm an item delivery. The chaps about 50 with short grey cropped hair. Thanks a lot.
