Andy is extremely professional with a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of heating and plumbing. We have used Andy for a few jobs now with the latest one being the most challenging. He was able to get his head around my overly complicated heating system to get it running correctly, safely and efficiently with minimal disruption, first class service. We will not use anyone else. I bought a cottage in the Cheltenham area a few months ago and needed to rennovate the bathroom. I was recommended to use Andy at AGR Plumbing by Stu at SJB Carpentry & Joinery. They met with me at the cottage and after listening carefully to my brief and a rather lengthy wish list they advised me accordingly. Andy was the first trade in and from the start he had a schedule of events so I knew what was happening and when. This was so important to me as I am still living in London. I just gave him the keys and let him get on with it and he did, brilliantly. Andy is an excellent plumber and a Perfectionist. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, interpreted and understood my brief, was responsive to any questions I had. He advised and updated me regularly, he liaised and co ordinated with the other trades on my behalf. He worked hard, efficiently, respectfully, clean, tidy and completed his part of the project seamlessly on time and on budget. My gut feeling when I met Andy was a good one and it was right. Thank you, Andy....see you next year for the kitchen renovation!
