Delicious warm food, friendly service, was nice and quiet even as Zizzi opposite was very loud. Vegetarian options: Plenty of great options.

Turned up just before 9 said they had stopped serving food despite saying they were open until 10pm. Why couldn't they put this online.

We have had such a lovely time in Gloucester's Pizza Express tonight, the staff have been amazing and so so friendly. Not only were the staff brilliant but the food and atmosphere were also really good. The lighting in this restaurant is absolutely spot on and added to the relaxed atmosphere. When we visit Gloucester again we will definitely visit this Pizza Express and look forward to it. The staff have definitely made this place as good as it is.....5 stars......Support places that make the extra effort to make your experience special....!

Came for a meal today and found that the two people who were on the floor did amazingly considering the stuff that they was put through, couldnt fault the service food was good but considering a chef was swearing and chucking pizza which just came out of the oven was not the best

Came for a meal last night from the start it was very clear that both the waitress and manager were under amense pressure after something happening in the kitchen and losing a chef and watching all night is clearly to much for them to take on especially with one lady being pregnant cannot fault our service tho and the food was great they both were very friendly and apologetic even tho wasn't there fault obviously needs more staff they both need a medal did a amazing job even tho they struggled
