This is the worst pharmacy I've had the misfortune to use. Terrible service. Won't be using this pharmacy again. It might only be a 2-minute walk but to get an acceptable service I'd sooner walk to another one. Forgot myself, called here again and it's still awful. Truly avoid it like the plague. If you feel like being ignored, come here. If you feel like no one cares, come here. If you feel irrelevant, come here.

The service at this chemist is very slow and they have regularly failed to provide my repeat prescriptions correctly. The staff are unhelpful and rude. This week I had to make three visits to Lloyds Pharmacy to collect my repeat prescription, which they eventually failed to provide. I had to visit my GP to re-prescribe my medication, so that I could collect it from a different chemist. The reaction at by GPs surgery to the problem I was experiencing was very alarming. It appears that many people are having the same problem with this chemist. I am not going back.
