Keep Messing up handing over repeat medications when someone picks up on my behalf. even when I call to confirm the items are ready earlier the same day.

Have used them for 30 years . As they say they are no longer taking cash . I have decided to move our prescription business and general purchase of shop items to either Boots or Tesco . Thank you for all your assistance, but it's my right how I pay you .

The pharmist In store today Monday the 6 th of march 2023 . Is so rude . My husband come in to buy a nebuliser and wanted to purchase some irripods saline water to put in nebuliser. He is liar and told my husband he needed a prescription of the dr for saline water . Husband went to badhams and got a box there. Daughter did come back to you and she was able to buy a strip .

Absolutely diabolical customer service, if you value your health I would NOT recommend this pharmacy. Messed around when went to collect a repeat prescription (been taking for 15+ years) for nearly 45 minutes. Had run out of one of my medications, ordered through the NHS app, went in to collect to be told there was an issue with the prescription so sent to the surgery next door. No-one left able to do a prescription (late Friday evening) so sent back to pharmacy for an emergency medication issue. Queued again to be told I had to go and speak to 111, that done and referral for medication sent to the pharmacy, queued AGAIN to be told the pharmacist did not see it as critical medication so speak to surgery on Monday. So now no Medication for at least 5 days!!! Glad the pharmacist can understand my medication regime better than the cardiologist who issued it. Abysmal service, could not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Shame you cannot select negative star rating :( must of seen over half a dozen other people turned away without medication they had come to collect whilst in there.

The assistants in store are always friendly, helpful and accommodating. Its a little frustrating that for whatever reason there often seem to be problems getting prescriptions from the doctors next door and they dont always have the items I required in stock, which can be worrying. This is, I understand, most often a problem with imported supply of certain medicines.
