Pharmacists, Reception staff and Delivery Drivers all consistently provide a friendly and excellent service. I cannot fault them or express my appreciation to them enough. It is most reassuring to know that they are there when I need to reach out. Thank you all.

This is quite literally the worst pharmacy Im Gloucester. Several times they have given my mother the wrong medication, doses and even on one instance gave another patients medication to her instead, a gross breach of confidentiality. Every time I go to collect my mothers medications there is confusion and no one appears to have a clue what is going on, very concerning as these people are trusted to dispense very strong medications.

The service in this pharmacy is exceptional. It has to be the best in Gloucester. Well done to all concerned - pharmacists, delivery personnel and counter staff.
