Service is not consistent. I have visited this pharmacy twice. 5 stars for my first visit, and 1 star for my second. First visit I was immediately acknowledged by the young ladies on the counter who were very pleasant, and did their best to help me although there was a 15 minute wait to be seen (cant be helped) My second visit, there was a queue of 3 people for about 5 minutes, where the male pharmacist and older lady could clearly see us waiting but failed to acknowledge we were there. After they finished chatting the older lady walked over and never apologised for the wait, and was just outright rude. There are so many people in the wrong jobs, and these people are an example!

Rude, unprofessional and unpleasant pharmacist at Lloyd's in Sainsbury today. Alledgely she can not read prescriptions from Glos Royal hospital so will not prescribe medicine. She refused to speak to the hospital who had gone out of there way to resolve matters and talk to her. The only option left is to go back to the hospital and get a new prescription or drive to our GP pharmacy and hope they can help. Her behaviour resulted in severe distress and a 20 mile trip to take the original prescription to our GP pharmacist

Rude, unhelpful emergency said was busy will look later I have poor signal passed round never so no meds again... disgusting customer service should be ashamed
