Worst customer service: 4 years' (Now EX) client: due unexpected temporary traffic lights in my area and my phone being broken I was not able to informed them I was late. Arrived 15 minutes late to my appointment and cancelled on the spot. Not even a "I will try to accommodate" (even if they knew was a lie). However, if it was my business and had a client for so many years I will for sure will make the impossible to accommodate in the next 24h. Even if that means working late or start early.

Top Pawfection have been so lovely to both of our pups and their clip leaves them looking beautiful! Were really happy and the kindness our dogs have been shown (theyre very nervous) has been a huge relief compared to experiences elsewhere. We wouldnt go anywhere else now!

so we had an appointment booked for 15.45 today for our blind beagle to have her nails trimmed. Due to traffic we were TWO MINUTES late and were told we had to rebook. What excellent customer service, we will find somewhere else!
