good fair price do a lovely job on my dog, grooming him and making sure hes really short as he wont let me groom him. I couldnt be pleased with the result anymore than I am keep up the good work

After a few odd cuts elsewhere we thought wed go local after several people recommended Scruffy 2 Fluffy. First time weve used Debbie but so glad we did. She listened to what we wanted and delivered exactly what we asked for; a simple, short all over trim. Our dog came out the happier than when its been to other groomers too. Well definitely be back.

Was looking to get my dog booked in to a new groomers, when I rang there was no answer so I left a message and by the time they got back to me I had already found somewhere else. I explained this politely and thanked them for getting back to me in which they then hung up! Wouldnt want to take my dog anywhere like this with the amount of manners the lady who answered had (or didnt have). Lucky escape I think!

Returned the wrong dog! We took out 2 year old shitzu Dolly to the groomers, a distressing enough experience for any dog. Scruffy 2 Fluffy then gave Dolly to the wrong person and when we came to collect her we were presnted with a much bigger, completely different Shitzu. We then had to wait to see if the pople who'd taken the wrong dog brought Dolly back. They still insisted we pay even after this monumental error and still haven't apologised. Dolly is really disturbed by what's happened and hasn't bewen the same dog since, she is very quiet and has lost all desire to play. Its no different to returning the wrong child to someone.
