    For someone who never lasts more than a couple of weeks at classes, I have been going now to Russ for over six months. Great clear instructions, doable exercises which are all geared to what level you feel you need to do on that day and well do I need to say more. My body feels so much better, my core is getting stronger and I have really felt the benefits by attending one class a week .Thanks Russ

    After suffering for years with back and hip problems, I signed up to Russ's pilates. I attend class once a week but I also have access to an extensive library of online videos that Russ has created. You can choose to focus on specific areas of the body and/or the amount of time you have. I use these to keep my body moving all through the week. I no longer suffer with pain and my flexibility and strength has increased dramatically. Russ's pilates are suitable for everyone and you work at a level suitable for you. I highly recommend Pilates Guy!

    Russ is a great pilates instructor. He explains everything clearly and why it is beneficial. He always provides alternative exercises if you find some difficult. Equally there's always several levels of difficulty in his classes if you like a challenge. His classes have definitely helped improve my lower back and shoulder issues. You can trial his sessions and they're available zoom/online too

    Highly recommended, Russ is very friendly, all the exercises are explained in a straightforward way for newbies like me and Russ always gives different options for different levels of ability. Easy to book and participate from home. There are in person sessions as well.

    Ive been meaning to do this review for some time. After the last few weeks and Russ has been off on well earned Dad duty, we have had a couple of stand in instructors. I feel this has given me some context as to what it is specifically about why I like the class Russ offers. As a mid 40s desk working powerlifter i arrived at a point many many years ago that told me that my longevity in my lifting was fundamentally enshrined in how well i could move. I have tried many many different variations of Yoga, Pilates and Mobility classes over the years all with varying levels of effectiveness or indeed resulting in my being injured. My requirements are simple, I need to be supple but not bendy and capable of bracing for all my compound movements. Russ sets up his classes at a pace that allows me to follow the instructions and make my own decisions about how my body feels on that day as to how far/hard i push myself. There is absolutely no need to push yourself to copy others doing advanced movements if you simply are not in the same place as those around you. Critically Russ positively encourages you to work at a level you are comfortable with and offers many variations on the exercises used in the class. I know my own future has already benefitted from taking the classes Russ does at Titan Performance. I see week on week improvements in my ability to continue to train at a relatively advanced level in powerlifting while simultaneously being capable of getting out of bed without all the old aches and pains. The last few weeks have shown me that Yoga and Pilates come in many forms, instructors all teach based on their own preferences, find one that works for your needs. Im pleased to say having found Russ and his Pilates coaching I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
