Amazing experience. I've lived with severe pain and discomfort caused by hiatus hernia for six months. It affected every single aspect of my life. I don't know what sort of magic Paul Stamp was using on me but after 3 session I've found myself alive again, finally pain free, even my acid reflux under control now. Thank you so much. Ideally situated quiet city centre location in a nice building with nice rms Paul was a good understanding instructor to get myself & a friend started on a fitness program after not being able to do anything since b4 pandemic lockdowns due to illness & injury . He made us feel so much better with his calm easy confident manner . Exactly what we needed & we booked 6 future classes . Such a positive beginning Thank you .

Our little baby boy was born with a cystic hygroma on his neck and the birth was quite traumatic too. We were worried that he might need surgery. Helen came highly recommended for her Cranial Osteopathy. We never looked back. The cyst has completely gone and the treatment is so gentle and really good for his overall wellbeing. We keep going regularly now. Thank you.
