I have visited Stepping-Stones Osteopathy three times now, to treat lower back pain. I was suffering, largely in thanks to poor posture over my laptop followed by a DIY fencing project. The two do not mix well!
Stepping-Stones provided a professional service in a COVID safe environment. Abigail is a credit to her profession and has a fantastic personality, too. After pinpointing the troubled area, applying treatment and recommending home exercises, my back is pain free again.
