Tony and his team are Outstanding! Ive been dealing with them for years and will continue to. Been in to day to arrange my daughters specs and they gave her special care. Also some couple walked in said what they were looking for and was delivered great customer service and they could not believe how much they would save purchasing from them as opposed to how they had been ripped of by a uk national chain!! Try for yourself and they Will be amazing. Keep up the good work all.

The place is well laid out despite its small size and well lit. My last eye examination was one of the most thorough I've ever had. Staff are always cheery, helpful and quick at answering phone when booking appointments. There's a surprisingly wide selection of frames for such a small shop and never any sale pressure when choosing. Efficient social distancing was in place during my last visit. Allow plenty of time for parking and walking to the shop. Car parks in town fill up quickly at all times of the week.

Very good eye test but the pricey glasses I purchased broke in less than a week.They were repaired but the quality is clearly poor.I shall be purchasing my glasses elsewhere from now on
