John Weygang Optometrists

With a month wait for an appointment for eye test (being visually impaired at 75 & only one eye working) I have to wait that long to get a simple appointment. Of four branches in Gloucester only one answers their phones, today 26/09/2022! Yet Specsavers offer me an appointment tomorrow! I have used Weygangs for several years & they now tell me they have 'Lost their Records'... Avoid this shambles of a company & look elsewhere for a Service, is my advice on 26/09/2022. I respond here to Weygangs response. Thanks for that! I still need to see an Optician urgently. On 05/10/2022. I will respond here when I get any help from Weygangs. I don't hold my breath... At 75 I know they are limited; )

Absolutely first class service here today, I needed urgent assessment which was sorted really quickly. Thanks to all the staff.

Terrible customer service, the two older ladies on reception refused to let me use their toilet. Even tho I had an appointment and I have a disability.I am sad to say I would not recommend this opticians and did not feel welcome or comfortable.

Lovely efficient staff. Polite and know their things. A real joy to talk to and never made a mistake all the time I have known them. They make the entire experience a joy and make you feel valued. A personal service and a pleasure to deal with at Hucclecote. Genuinely lovely staff. Special.
