        I went to vision express after Specsavers gave me an eye prescription glasses which I couldn't see with. I'm so glad I went to vision express the team the optometrist was brill! I can see more clear with these lenses and honestly a better and more welcoming environment! I will definitely be going back again I really can't recommend them enough. Mohammed Zada you went above and beyond for me!!!

        Staff have changed after a long period of stability and very good relationship with the manager. It is noticeably less experienced staff. The process of getting both sets of glasses was more complex and long winded than necessary - And more expensive as they could not reuse previous frames with new prescription lenses ( tried two different manufacturers frames, both unable to provide varifocal replacements). Mind you the optician is very competent, no issues there.
