        I have recently been on the contact lens trial with Gloucester Specsavers and it has been the worst experience - terrible communication between the Specsavers branches and employees. I highly recommend avoiding Specsavers as its a waste of time.

        Been coming here for years,. visited today staff amazing as always, very knowledgeable and the whole appointment is very smooth and quick. Every staff I have ever encountered have been polite and helpful. There wasnt a big selection of glasses that I liked but no problem the staff more than happy to just change out the lenses in old pair. Today I was served by Jade, David and James.
