        I have been trying to contact this branch for 2 weeks via phone and I NEVER get an answer. Ive called in the morning, late morning, afternoon and still no answer. I am not in a position to attend in person and the question I need to ask cannot be answered online. Absolutely appalling.

        This place is useless. They previously mixed my prescription up with another persons, meaning I had to wait another 2 weeks for glasses I told them I was desperate for. Now, they have cancelled my daughters appointment the day before, with some poor excuse. I definitely wont be using this place again.
