Couldnt be more impressed with Adam and The Finance Roome. For slightly daunted first time buyers, having a professional and friendly person like Adam navigate us through the process amidst ever changing rates was a godsend and completely put us at ease. Not only was he able to secure a great rate in the circumstances, but he also went above and beyond to provide the necessary cover and advice with regard to income protection, life assurance and critical illness cover to ensure we were best placed in case of all eventualities which is something we would not have considered in the absence of his advice. Adam was incredibly patient and clear in delivering a high quality service and guided us through step by step. Cant fault them and would recommend to anyone in the process. We will be returning to Adam to handle all mortgage matters going forwards.

We had a fantastic experience working with everyone at The Finance Roome. We were first time buyers and struggling to find a lender that would accept us as we were both on fixed term contracts. Adam was extremely thorough and efficient at dealing with various hiccups along the way and was always quick to respond, patient with my (many, many!) questions and generally brilliant at explaining things. Jess H and Jess D were both also friendly and helpful, and anyone else from the team at The Finance Roome I dealt with were always quick to help if we needed anything - they even helped us chase the purchase with our agents. They recommended a solicitor that was equally amazing and helped us find deals on insurance as well, I really cannot recommend them enough!
