        We were issued with a product which went faulty after a couple weeks, to which no one had issued a receipt. We tried to take it back and he said they keep no logs of the customers orders after one month. After questioning how they manage to file tax returns while keeping no records he offered 20 pounds. I said this was an admission of guilt and then he further tried to deny all knowledge of the sale. Please do not take your phones here!!!
