Credit is due here!. I stopped by, explained my issue and what i was looking for as a fix. 2 weeks later, the fix is done, just how i asked. Getting the work done is a good thing, but listening to the customer (me) = 5* I do recommend these guys.

Great service and squeezed me in at short notice for an important repair whilst traveling North. As a result, we were able to continue to Cumbria and climbed England's highest mountain, Scafell Pike! So I can truthfully say, this would not have been possible without their professional, courteous and helpful service! The alternative would have been to get recovered home so thank you very much!

Brilliant service from pritchards had timing chain , tensioners , clutch and flywheel also water pump done on my 420d they were knowledgeable and swift on getting the job done explained everything to me and out my mind at rest after not trusting garages in the past I definitely felt they were a good reliable trustworthy garage and will be using them for all future work on my 420d
