Had the most amazing service from the gang here. Car when in for MOT and they sorted it out right. Next day my battery died but they were on hand to speak to me and provide help on getting my car back in and fitting a battery same day. Would recommend for anyone I. Longlevens to get their car sorted from Rob and the gang.

DO NOT TRUST, WILL RIP YOU OFF. I took my car to them for a steering problem and was told it would be over 700 to fix and that I should scrap it. I scrapped it to the place next door for 300 and they are now selling it for more than it cost 5 years ago. I took my new car there because the back windscreen wiper didnt work. The motor worked but no water came out. They told me it would cost 300 to fix as a pipe had broken. I decided this was extortion and that was the last straw so took it to another garage. They put a pin A PIN down the hole and unblocked it to fix it, for free. This place takes advantage of you. I am a 20 year old female and I feel as though I was taken advantage of as I dont know about cars and dont know any better. They absolutely rip you off. Its disgusting. And if they tell you to scrap a car, get a second opinion because I do not trust what they told me knowing they were prepared to charge me 300 for a job that was free. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, do not trust at all.
