Right from the first patronage, Stephen has been kind, understanding and consistently considerate. Even on a repeat booking, he ensured an emergency he encountered did not disrupt my appointed move as he arranged another van and men to carry out the move. He is patient and his service is cost-effective; willing to discount his charge with reasonable mitigation.
