        My first time going into Deichmann shop in Gloucester. I was looking for a pair of shoes for my brother's wedding. Tracey was very helpful I showed her a picture of the dress I was going to wear and she picked a beautiful pair for me. Tracey went that extra mile and even said I hope you have a wonderful day.         Great customer service. Finally great to see common sense used too! Brought a pair of walking shos from weston and was ablecto change them in gloucester. Manufacturers fault. Easy swap. Again great customet service. Thanks keyona gloucester branch!
