First visit and will definitely return. Excellent value for money and brilliant service. Would've loved to be able to stay a bit longer to finish off our creations but overall a lovely experience.

Even though many post good comments. There are failures which I made aware and being homeless living in my disability car. New to the area. No friends. That word COMMUNITY DOES segragte individuals when no family or friends. Crimes that happened to cause me to end up here. Council playing around when law rides over any council. Being exploited when staff who are mental health had not observed my conversation being listened to which ended up where I got exploited. So. Even though reviews are good. To make aware that it's a massive failure of the policy on mental health and some attitudes to disabilities not seen and recognised have deterred me and others in public going to get mental health support. It's only right to make this aware as I feel that it can have a massive knock on effect on life and social downturn here in Gloucestershire.

Excellent experience, took my Granddaughter's, for a lovely craft making activities, they loved it so did I, would definitely be a good birthday treat, staff so very friendly and helpful, suitable for Adults too.

This is a place that has had mixed reviews but its great to have a place like this to chill out and chat to friends. They understand mental health and support you through it. The support staff here are amazing and I would recommend this place to anyone.
