John and his team are incredible! They helped me pick out exactly what I needed within seconds and made the whole process so easy! They couldve quite easily sold me the most expensive product but they didnt, theyre not greedy, theyre honest and they genuinely care and just want to provide a good service. After leaving my deposit with another carpet shop (weavers) due to awful service and being reduced to tears and then being quoted a very high amount from the second shop I went to I wasnt expecting very much from anyone but they completely changed this experience for me. The whole process was seamless, so quick and my carpets look incredible. The fitter Wayne was due to finish the job the following morning but he came back and finished it in the evening and didnt leave until 9.30pm because he thought it would be a nice surprise when I went there in the morning as I hadnt moved in yet. Im honestly so so happy and would never go anywhere else now.

John beat a differing companies quote by 600, and allowed us to go for an upgraded carpet, that we wouldn't have been able to go for with the other company. Every option was discussed and agreed before going ahead, and the fitter was efficient, and completed the work to a really high standard, even going beyond the remit of what carpet fitters of the past have done. Would really recommend popping in to get a quote, it was a great service

Great service in the shop, really helped me with dos and dont when I say that I mean great advice on what may look better. The turn around was quick and buddy our fitter was spot on.
