I contacted this company on the 13th of March. I wanted to put a cash offer in on a commercial property, I just needed a few basic details and to book in a viewing. I was told that they would need to find out the information about the property and get back to me. I had no response by the end of the day, so I called back, I was told again by a different person that someone would call me back. A week later, still no call back. I will not be using this agency for any future property purchases or sales.

I have dealt with some really shocking letting agencies in the past but Erin and Rachel at T&G have been so incredible with my recent move viewing, referencing, payment and paperwork completed all within 3 days which is just unheard of. these to ladies have set an incredible standard for the company. 5 stars will definitly use T&G for future properties

As an absent landlord I would not recommend this agency. I endured very poor quality tenants over an extended period. Whilst the legal situation regarding evictions over covid was outside of their control, the property was left in squalor and had not been well maintained. This review refers to the letting agency side of the business only. Potential landlords beware.
