Every time I feel my petrol there and I can see the stuff are racist to me and they are not polite to me , I dont know whats their problem but I hope they get good wedges to learn how to respect to the customer, doesnt matter what they colour we are

On Wednesday, May 18, I went to the convenience store to buy a cigarette and a chocolate. However, due to an oversight by the attendant, these two items came to a total of 56.52. So I complained and asked the clerk to correct it and make an overchange, and for one more oversight, they charged me another 40.01. That is, a loss of 96.53. The manager then corrected the error and said that within 24 hours the money would return to my account. but that is not what happened. Two days later, I went back to the convenience store to try to get my money back. However, there was no manager on site to be able to resolve this error. Believe me, a gas station working only with employees and without the presence of a manager. I contacted the general manager of Shell gas stations, informing them of what had happened, I provided my bank details, but to this day I have this loss. I'm still waiting for my money to be returned.
