        After a brilliant design appointment with Alice, the ball was rolling. Organisation of the delivery was very professional, on time and complete. Minor errors occurred which were corrected straight away. Delivery people were on time and kept me informed. Installation of the work top was amazing from measurements to installation. Top notch! Services: Kitchen cabinet design, Custom kitchen cabinet construction, Kitchen countertop installation, Kitchen design

        New kitchen designed, installed and fitted by Wren in 2018. In 2020 two end panels delaminated which took months to replace and install. Within a short period of the two fronts being replaced a further 8 panels reported to Wren with bubbling and delamination ( wrapped fronts). It took 12 months from delaminating the issues to getting them replaced. We took adhoc delivery of the 8 replacement fronts only to find one of them was new and faulty. The new panels werereplaced in December 2022 after having terrible service multiple Emails and calls. In January 2023 we now have a further 8 front panels bubbling and delaminating. If you think this is good then over to you. Getting nowhere with Wren Customer service. Now only option is small claims court appearance for Wren! Debbie Pearce Full time carer for my disabled husband. Thanks Wren for nothing!
