(Review is in my husbands name for some reason and I cant change it) I I love Crew clothes and buy a lot here. Today, however, I had a rather unpleasant experience returning a pair of trousers. I bought them for my holiday and they were a little tight so went back to return them. I wasnt too sure about getting the next size up as I thought theyd probably be too big and they didnt have that size. One of the two ladies behind the counter offered to go look for the next size up and found a pair, I didnt have time to try them on so said I would leave it (they werent the same style anyway) Well, they looked at each other with a slight scowl and the other shop assistant said well you have three months to change them and both looked and acted quite annoyed that I wanted to return them and I found myself explaining that I wouldnt have time to return them if they didnt fit, before my holiday. Never experienced that before! I felt really uncomfortable and couldnt wait to get out of the shop ( I was the only customer in there). The other staff that are there on other days have always been very pleasant though so I wont let it stop me from shopping there.
