Terrible practice. Doctor rubbished my migraines as stress related, turned out from an OPTICIAN to be a tumour and was rushed for emergency surgery at Frenchay. Now been suffering from sciatica for 6 months and no real help or escalation, just bed ridden and sleepless nights while they mess me around. Shocking!

Become an absolute joke of late. Advertising for more patients yet they cannot deal with the ones theyve got. Youll wait ages on the phone. 30mins plus if you are lucky or the phone lines will be shut. We are a 24/7 society seems this surgery still wants to act as though we are under covid conditions so they can go back to doing very little!

Have been with since early 2017 when moved to locally. Have always been really good, friendly receptionists, GP and practice nurses really helpful. Have a young family, so have used them for various ages. Have always been able to get an appointment when required. Phone lines and appointments seem slower recently, perhaps higher volume of patients as highly reccomended. Still a great surgery.

Fantastic family doctors, cannot fault the care we have received. I have seen the same doctor for my own check ups and for my daughters which has been great for continuity. Ive always felt listened to and happy with the care. Never struggled to get an appointment and friendly reception staff too. Nurses have also been wonderful.
